Beaches:- From the cottages walk down the lane opposite through the golf course and you will wander over the dunes and onto West Beach.
Silloth has the largest green in the country and a promenade that is miles long. Visit the bee garden and the statue of the 'big man'. Follow Skinburness and have a walk aroung Grune Point. Silloth has 'The Bank' a tapas style restaurant that is so good it's booked well ahead, so if you are booking with us, book a table with them too. The Golf Hotel is good, as is Mrs Wilson's and the Fairydust Emporium cafe. Jaybees on the front sells just about everything, and the co-op and spar are convenient. Go to Lidl at Wigton for larger shops. The Chinese take away is fine, (collection only) and Royes and Marco's Pizza deliver.

There are cash points outside the Spar and the Co-op.

Should you wish you can also pay for day passes at the nearby Stanwix Park Holiday Centre and use their swimming pool, entertainment and sports facilities.

Silloth Golf

Silloth Golf Club an 18 hole golf course, which was the ‘home’ course for Miss Cecillia (Cecil) Leitch (1891-1978), the most celebrated woman golfer of her day. The exceptionally mild winters make this an all-year round course.
