Spindrift cottage comprises of porch, lounge, kitchen, hallway, downstairs bathroom, downstairs double bedroom and an attic bedroom suitable for occassional sleeping.
Access to the rear through next doors garden as a right of way.
The cottage's front garden is enclosed and has a decking seating area as above pic.
The cosy lounge has a modern coal effect fire and storage heater, flat screen TV and Sony hi-fi with bluetooth.
The well equiped kitchen is modern with fridge, freezer, oven and hob, microwave and toaster etc, and an upright washing machine, there is also an airing cupboard, clothes airers and whirly.
The bathroom also has a power shower and over the bath sliding shower screen.
